Serve as a trusted advisor in the banking center by having consultative conversations with clients to understand financial goals and recommend tailored solutions. Drive growth through proactive sales of deposit accounts, loans, lines of credit, and referrals to other bank lines of business. Support an excellent client experience, help manage teller-line needs as needed, maintain compliance with regulations and internal controls, and assist with operational training and efficiency.
