Learning & Development Specialist (Field Based, GB)

Plan, design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives that grow employee skills, performance, and career development. Partner with People & Culture, business leaders, subject matter experts, and external providers to support induction, leadership and soft-skills workshops, and blended learning. Create and update training materials, measure effectiveness through feedback and evaluation methods, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen the organization’s learning culture.
