Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate induction, Carlsberg Group training initiatives, leadership development, soft-skills workshops, and other learning sessions.
  • •Support execution of learning projects including leadership programmes, and deliver virtual, classroom-based, and blended learning.
  • •Design and develop learning materials including presentations, guides, e-learning modules, and job aids; update and maintain resources.
  • •Collect and analyze training feedback and evaluation data to measure learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • •Partner with business functions to understand learning needs, coordinate with external training providers when required, and engage learners to drive participation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Learning & Development design and facilitation.
  • •Confident with IT tools including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage learners.
  • •Ability to apply initiative and creativity to resolve problems, and proactively drive improvements.
  • •Experience working in FMCG/manufacturing is desirable, along with strong stakeholder management.
