Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project staffing and resource staffing plans.
  • •Develop and maintain the Project Subcontract Execution Plan and subcontract sourcing documentation with engineering, construction, and project management.
  • •Review, approve, and recommend subcontract tendering and award documentation; negotiate commercial terms and issue subcontract awards.
  • •Run post-award subcontract administration including clarifications, kick-off and meetings, risk gap analysis, change/risk sessions, and EDMS-based correspondence management.
  • •Reconcile and approve subcontract invoices, handle invoice queries, manage commercial closeout, and ensure compliance with McDermott policies and procedures.
