Manager Subcontracts

Lead the subcontract discipline by managing subcontract execution, tendering and award documentation, and commercial negotiations in coordination with engineering, construction, and project management. Develop and maintain the Project Subcontract Execution Plan and subcontract sourcing documentation, manage post-award administration procedures, and ensure risks are assessed and change/risk sessions are supported. Oversee subcontract correspondence via EDMS, reconcile subcontract invoices, and drive compliance with McDermott policies and procedures.
