Key Responsibilities

  • •Create production plans to execute customer orders and build short- and long-term capacity planning for manpower, material, and machines.
  • •Set and follow up targets for the firm 6-day manufacturing plan; monitor and reschedule the 3-day plan based on required changes with reasons.
  • •Coordinate effective utilization of resources (takt, flexibility, JIT/optimum utilization) and take initiative for LSS GB projects.
  • •Communicate with key stakeholders (buyers, order handling, manufacturing, engineering, stores) about material availability, delays, and changes in customer orders; participate in cell board meetings.
  • •Monitor and present workload/capacity impacts on sales volumes and update costing/schedules; secure frozen production schedule and support MOVEX/D365 updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Production with 5–7-year experience of PPC.
  • •Experience with resource planning and IT tools.
  • •Soft skills: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Product knowledge and AL processes.
  • •Good English (oral and written) and coordination/communication skills.
