Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team of five, setting clear goals and accountability across the Corporate Services portfolio.
  • •Build and execute multi-year category strategies to improve maturity, optimise total cost of ownership (TCO), and unlock value beyond cost savings.
  • •Own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for indirect corporate procurement, from data analysis and RFx creation through proposal evaluation and complex contract negotiations (MSAs/SOWs).
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for executive stakeholders across G&A functions and core business lines.
  • •Establish and manage supplier ecosystems by tracking performance, SLAs, and supplier risk while embedding ethical and sustainable (ESG) sourcing practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in Corporate Services Sourcing and developing strategic category plans across indirect spend categories.
  • •Demonstrated people management capability, including leading, mentoring, and developing sourcing professionals.
  • •Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including structuring and negotiating complex agreements (MSAs/SOWs) and using TCO modelling.
  • •Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence senior leaders and manage matrixed partners across brands.
  • •Deep risk management expertise, including third-party risk assessments and contract governance in multi-jurisdictional environments.
