Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical handover of university facilities from contractors and consultants.
  • •Attend, witness, and verify Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for building systems.
  • •Review and verify handover documents including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, test reports, and asset registers.
  • •Ensure MEP systems are operational and compliant with project specifications before acceptance.
  • •Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to close punch lists and outstanding defects, and support transition to operation and maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
  • •2-5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Operation & Maintenance, or building projects.
  • •Experience in handover of facilities/buildings from contractors and consultants.
  • •Hands-on experience with Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and witnessing commissioning activities.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, and BMS).
