Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage cybersecurity initiatives to mitigate security risks across manufacturing facilities in complex manufacturing/OT environments.
  • •Maintain inventory of manufacturing digital assets and perform vulnerability scanning/assessment for endpoints and servers, coordinating remediation within production constraints.
  • •Enforce operating system and server security configuration baselines with documented exceptions where required.
  • •Implement and operate Network Admission Control (NAC) to govern device access to manufacturing networks.
  • •Own digital component decontamination and support incident response, while defining and maintaining manufacturing-specific cybersecurity SOPs, runbooks, metrics, and continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •5-7 years of cybersecurity, information security, or OT/industrial security experience, with exposure to manufacturing or other controlled environments.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing/OT cybersecurity concepts, including network segmentation, malware prevention, system hardening, and controls for limited or no internet connectivity.
  • •Experience developing, documenting, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with repeatability, auditability, and risk reduction in mind.
  • •Hands-on vulnerability assessments and security reviews, using tools such as Tenable or Rapid7, and working with engineering/IT/operations to drive remediation.
