Key Responsibilities

  • •Build AI systems that extract structured signals from resumes and support recruiting workflows, including lead scoring and candidate qualification.
  • •Automate security and compliance workflows such as BAA/DPA handling, DocuSign flows, contract review, and compliance response generation.
  • •Create operational infrastructure tools for finance and customer operations, including accounts receivable automation and enterprise onboarding/account setup.
  • •Integrate and automate internal workflows across the company using CRM systems and API-based integrations.
  • •Build growth and GTM automation including HubSpot and Lark automations, lifecycle engagement, personalization, and outbound email pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •0–1 years of experience with demonstrated strong engineering ability through internships, research, personal projects, or startup experience.
