Apply protective and appearance coatings to vehicles and missile-related equipment by spraying, mixing, and adjusting paints and specialty coatings. Set up and maintain spray equipment, manage stencil/silk screen/decal application for accuracy and legibility, and interpret technical manuals and bulletins to select correct paint types, colors, and markings. Perform surface preparation and inspections, follow safety requirements, and may provide guidance to lower-grade employees.
