Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate monthly regional S&OP meetings to align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
  • •Balance demand forecasts with supply capabilities and manufacturing capacity; develop “What-If” scenarios to mitigate risks and capture opportunities.
  • •Lead RCCP and capacity modeling, including Base/Upside/Downside scenarios, Actual vs. Plan governance, and RCCP dashboard visibility.
  • •Drive supply chain excellence and E2E efficiency transformation across the ASEAN value chain, including digital roadmap, KPI/North Star metrics, and Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization.
  • •Oversee supply process and master data governance across ASEAN; optimize purchase and inventory replenishment cycles and distribution strategies while managing stakeholder and vendor alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •8–15 years in supply chain management, including at least 4 years leading S&OP, production planning, or supply chain excellence initiatives in a regional or complex supply chain setting.
  • •Deep understanding of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and shop-floor constraints, bridging regional demand with factory execution.
  • •Proven track record managing complex, multi-country operations, ideally within ASEAN.
  • •Advanced proficiency in data modeling and supply chain analytics tools, using analytical rigor to drive decisions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business; MBA or professional certification (APICS CSCP/CPIM, PMP) preferred.
