Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor, and ensure strong stockroom standards and safe operations.
  • •Use metrics, budgets, expenses, and reporting to support business-driving strategies and resolve guest needs quickly.
