Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop digital central solutions for 3D-IC applications by translating customer and foundry requirements into advanced software solutions.
  • •Create early-stage physical design flows, specifically pre-place-and-route (pre PnR) methodology.
  • •Support system-level PPA, design ECO, and early-stage optimization flows through software design and engineering.
  • •Collaborate with customers and foundry partners to understand design/advanced-node requirements and align implementations.
  • •Assess task value, requirements, risks, and trade-offs to execute effectively, working well across teams and independently.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, computational geometry, parallel programming, information theory, and compilers.
  • •Experience with EDA/CAD tools and desktop applications handling large-scale datasets.
  • •Familiarity with early-stage physical design flows prior to place-and-route.
  • •Ability to debug programs with large legacy codebases and work effectively in UNIX/Linux environments.
