Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive end-to-end product vision and strategy for observability capabilities across MELT.
  • •Own portfolio-level strategy, including rationalization, vendor strategy, and long-term roadmap decisions.
  • •Lead and develop a team of Product Managers to set high standards for product thinking and execution.
  • •Partner with engineering, SRE, and App Support to deliver and operationalize scalable, reliable observability platforms.
  • •Establish and track product success metrics and advance AI observability, intelligent alerting, signal correlation, and AIOps/incident management integration.

Key Requirements
