Job Summary

Own the lifecycle of SAP-enabled digital solutions, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation/adoption, optimization, and end-of-life retirement. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary IT team to deliver functional and technical capabilities, focusing on experience, simplification, automation, reliability, and information security. Define KPIs, roadmap sequencing, and resource/technology needs while supporting integration, user adoption, and solution cost management.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and map business and functional requirements, including experience, simplification, automation, efficiency, and reliability needs.
•Drive end-to-end solution lifecycle (functional/technical design, solution architecture, buy-vs-make, and integration of third-party software) and development/testing/build activities.
•Support implementation and user adoption of solutions.
•Define controls, measures, and KPIs for solution performance and reliability.
•Create and prioritize solution portfolio improvement/innovation roadmaps, coordinate end-to-end integration and process optimization, and manage lifecycle costs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
•Strong experience in SAP-SD (minimum 5 years), with cross-functional experience appreciated.
•Experience mapping user journeys, user experience, and user stories to support EX/CX transformation.
•Familiarity with accounts receivable, invoicing, credit management, and tax business processes.
•Familiarity with design/configuration of SAP ERP (FI/CO, AR, SD billing) and/or OneSource platforms, plus system integrations and troubleshooting.
