Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive improvement steps.
  • •Coach and develop team members, provide feedback, and conduct performance management.
  • •Monitor and ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Review and approve mechanical/physical defects, and lead repair or rejection of inventory in partnership with the Inspection Center General Manager based on repair cost and vehicle quality.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Experience using computers.
  • •At least 18 years of age.
  • •Functional expertise in one or more areas of Carvana’s reconditioning process, with understanding of current reconditioning processes and lean principles.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).
