Job Summary

Provide developing legal support for engagements of moderate complexity, delivering standard professional advice and initial analysis for review. Support business and operations teams on straightforward agreements and transactions, assist with implementation of policies, and help disseminate regulatory information within the assigned operating unit. Prepare regular status reports on legal issues using templates, and perform other legal work assigned by senior legal advisors or management.

•Prepare regular reports on the status of legal issues using detailed instructions and templates.
