Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain cleanliness of plate cylinders and the gear-up room; place gears in proper locations.
  • •Assist the press crew by cleaning decks, changing cylinders, completing documentation, and helping bring the press back into production.
  • •Familiarize with the computer system for distillation to washing machine parts and properly complete paperwork (check-off sheets, cleaning logs).
  • •Wrap, label, and palletize finished slit rolls and load film using pallet lifts and wrapping equipment.
  • •Operate pallet jack, forklift, and tilt lock safely; perform compactor room cleaning, dumpster emptying, and other housekeeping duties.
