Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee a team of Facility Technicians across multiple sites, including scheduling, coaching, and quarterly performance reviews
  • •Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, general facility repairs, and vendor/contractor coordination
  • •Approve and reconcile technician timecards and overtime, validate expense reports, and manage consumables, parts inventory, and repair-related spending
  • •Drive service performance by monitoring SLA compliance, response/resolution times, and key operational performance metrics
  • •Ensure safety, regulatory, and company policy compliance, and support commissioning and continuous improvement initiatives
