Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of projects from start to finish to complete on time and within budget.
  • •Recommend products and services aligned with clients' business needs and ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Run project execution using the organization’s project management methodology and established project plan.
  • •Coordinate vendors so they are integrated into the project and customers receive products to required standards.
  • •Work with partners and clients to define project scope/specifications/requirements, perform calculations, and conduct meetings with regular status reports.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years construction project management or project coordinator experience, preferred.
  • •Prior experience with construction industry products, including wastewater or waterworks equipment.
  • •2+ years waterworks experience, preferred.
  • •Familiarity with digital takeoff and estimating software such as PlanSwift or Bid Tracer (highly preferred).
  • •Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.), plus a valid drivers license required.
