•Build AI-powered products by identifying opportunities to improve the experience and leading initiatives from discovery through launch.
•Partner closely with Engineering to evaluate AI technologies, understand technical tradeoffs, and translate capabilities into customer experiences.
•Evaluate AI models and technologies to select the best approach for product problems, balancing customer value, feasibility, cost, and performance.
•Work with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Finance to prioritize opportunities and deliver valuable features to market.
•Monitor product performance and AI product quality using experimentation and customer feedback to continuously improve outcomes and support growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 125,000 - 140,000 annually

•Product Management experience shipping digital products from discovery through launch, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
•Experience building AI-powered products or features and familiarity with today’s AI landscape (LLMs, multimodal models, agents, RAG).
•Ability to evaluate different AI models and partner closely with Engineering to turn emerging capabilities into customer experiences.
•Customer-first mindset with a deep curiosity about user behavior and challenges of designers and businesses on Dribbble.
•Comfort using quantitative and qualitative insights to measure success, evaluate AI performance, and guide decisions.
