Key Responsibilities

•Engage with key client stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and reflected in conceptual design (CD).
•Prepare Project Technical Requirements Specifications, including performance requirements and applicable client standards.
•Define and agree with Design Contractor on design deliverables for all stages (CD, BD, DD), including review levels.
•Attend project meetings as required and participate in procurement strategy for technical work packages.
•Provide technical guidance to Package Owner teams and ensure technical solutions align with client, cost, and schedule requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
•10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated environments.
•Proven experience with GMP systems, HVAC, clean utilities, and black utilities.
•Familiarity with SHE critical systems (pressure vessels, fire suppression).
•Experience preparing URS, FAT/SAT protocols, and supporting C&Q activities.
