Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with key client stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and reflected in conceptual design (CD).
  • •Prepare Project Technical Requirements Specifications, including performance requirements and applicable client standards.
  • •Define and agree with Design Contractor on design deliverables for all stages (CD, BD, DD), including review levels.
  • •Attend project meetings as required and participate in procurement strategy for technical work packages.
  • •Provide technical guidance to Package Owner teams and ensure technical solutions align with client, cost, and schedule requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • •10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated environments.
  • •Proven experience with GMP systems, HVAC, clean utilities, and black utilities.
  • •Familiarity with SHE critical systems (pressure vessels, fire suppression).
  • •Experience preparing URS, FAT/SAT protocols, and supporting C&Q activities.
