Job Summary

Re-engineer how work gets done across the Global Investor Engagement Organization by identifying process inefficiencies, redesigning workflows with AI-enabled automation, and deploying scalable solutions. Partner with Investor Engagement leadership, technology, and data teams to move from pilots to sustained adoption, quantify productivity gains, and enhance executive dashboards with AI-driven insights while leading change management through training and playbooks.

•Identify, map, and prioritize process inefficiencies across the global Investor Engagement Organization.
•Redesign workflows using AI tools, automation, and orchestration to reduce manual effort and cycle time.
•Build and deploy end-to-end AI-enabled solutions that are sustainable and scalable.
•Prototype, test, and refine AI solutions based on user feedback, including AI-assisted research and reporting.
•Drive adoption through training materials, playbooks, and governance in partnership with technology, data, risk, and compliance teams.
