Key Responsibilities

•Work with Product Management and Marketing to fine-tune requirements.
•Lead a cross-functional engineering team to create a concept that meets requirements.
•Deliver project architecture and concept, including feasibility studies, SI constraints, ECAD/MCAD guidance, and documentation of key risks (handoff to development).
•Author and coordinate creation of concept specifications and design guides.
•Provide excellent communication by discussing requirements and delivering technology updates to multiple Dell product groups and development teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 212,500 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in hardware design of enclosures including processing, storage, and I/O capabilities while balancing mechanical, power, and thermal challenges.
•Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
•Typically requires 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 12+ years with a Master’s degree, or 8+ years with a PhD, or equivalent).
•BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
•Ability to deliver project architectures and concepts, including feasibility studies, SI constraints, and ECAD/MCAD guidance.
