Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver thought leadership on GenAI best practices for the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform via blogs, webinars, how-to guides, and technical content for the EMEA community.
  • •Partner with sales and Field Engineering leaders to drive GenAI adoption across EMEA.
  • •Provide a data-driven technical perspective to influence product strategy and priorities around how customers bring Databricks into their data strategies.
  • •Advise on large-scale enterprise GenAI competitive scenarios as a trusted technical advisor to senior tech leads and executives.
  • •Work with key customers on specific GenAI use cases, translating research innovations into production-grade AI applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing and delivering production-grade Generative AI and Deep Learning solutions in customer or enterprise environments.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and modern deep learning (Transformer architectures, PyTorch, and distributed/multi-GPU training).
  • •Hands-on experience beyond fine-tuning using methods such as SFT plus reinforcement learning–based approaches (reward modeling, RLHF/RLAIF, policy optimization like PPO/GRPO).
  • •Ability to advise customers on GenAI/Deep Learning architectures and translate requirements into technical solutions while anticipating and removing implementation blockers.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Apache Spark, cloud platforms, and Lakehouse architectures, with excellent communication skills and customer-facing/pre-sales experience.
