Key Responsibilities

•Drive store performance by meeting or exceeding sales, KPI, and profitability targets through short- and long-term planning and cost control.
•Ensure consistently high customer satisfaction by adhering to Puma values and service standards, including accurate handling of sales, exchanges, refunds, and promotions at the cash register.
•Assist Store Manager in recruiting, training, developing, coaching, motivating, and retaining high-performing team members.
•Oversee Loss Prevention education and awareness, and maintain operational compliance within the store.
•Monitor and enforce Visual Guidelines to ensure high-quality store presentation that meets Puma standards.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of sales experience in a focused, customer-oriented retail environment (preferably clothing/shoes)
•Passion for the PUMA brand
•Customer-oriented, reliable, and friendly personality
•Strong communication and motivation skills
•Strong organizational talent and good time management and MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
