Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide building consultancy for (re)development, acquisitions/disposals, and sustainability initiatives.
  • •Conduct Technical Due Diligence, project monitoring, and building inspections.

  • •Perform quality controls for existing buildings and new construction projects.

  • •Knowledge of or interest in NEN 2767 and BOEI training/programs.
  • •Good communication skills in Dutch and English and a proactive, quality-minded working style.
