Personal Banker

Build client relationships as a trusted advisor for individuals and small businesses at the branch. Engage clients in proactive conversations to uncover financial wellness needs, recommend appropriate products, and drive new client acquisition while deepening existing relationships. Open and manage consumer and business accounts and lending products, support teller-line transactions as needed, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures. Work Saturdays as directed.
