Key Responsibilities

  • •Use data to guide the creation and optimization of sales and marketing programs that support business roadmaps.
  • •Improve how TI collects, joins, and analyzes data across customer touchpoints such as TI.com and promotional content.
  • •Build machine learning models to power personalized digital experiences.
  • •Enable fast reporting by building an ecosystem for quick access to valuable insights and training teams to use it.
  • •Analyze KPIs and provide recommendations to improve sales and marketing programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science with focus in marketing (or related).
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Basic proficiency with Python or Java.
  • •Basic proficiency with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • •Basic proficiency with web analytics (Google Analytics 4) or customer data platforms, plus internship experience in a similar field.
