Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and manage systems and process controls that support Finance functions using Oracle Fusion functional financial consulting.
  • •Serve as Compliance Owner for off-the-shelf (OTS) systems, ensuring segregation of duties (SoD), user access, and compliance with risk and access control standards.
  • •Develop, configure, and implement Oracle finance technology solutions with seamless integration and strong controls around security and compliance.
  • •Support testing and risk activities to ensure finance systems operate efficiently while segregation of duties and access controls are correctly implemented.
  • •Assess and improve Oracle finance systems and processes, coordinating change impact evaluations, issue resolution, and compliance updates to maintain SOX and internal access control policies.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing finance system projects/operations in ERP, with strong Oracle Fusion Finance configuration and compliance, access control, and risk management experience.
  • •Extensive experience configuring and optimizing Oracle Fusion Finance systems to align with financial processes and regulatory requirements such as SOX.
  • •In-depth understanding of finance systems (including Oracle Fusion Finance) and applying segregation of duties (SoD) and access control policies.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders across finance, IT, and business teams to align on project objectives and risk mitigation in Oracle Fusion environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualification is a plus.
