Job Summary

•Lead the design and execution of Netflix’s ads consumer experiences across multiple surfaces using AI tools to accelerate exploration and iteration.
•Build and contribute to GenAI-powered pipelines to scale creative fulfillment and personalization across ad formats with engineering and data science.
•Identify and drive the future ads experiences strategy using AI-powered insights and experimentation.
•Design and enable privacy and regulatory experiences for Netflix members.
•Prototype and validate new AI-driven ad experiences, including personalized formats, intelligent ad placement, and adaptive creative.

Key Requirements

•8+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent) in consumer products, leading high-impact initiatives from concept to execution.
•A portfolio showing experience at the intersection of advertising, TV, and/or streaming, with case studies demonstrating expertise and leadership.
•Fluency with AI-native design practices, including generative AI tools, AI-assisted prototyping, and data-informed design workflows.
•Experience designing privacy and regulatory experiences.
•Strong knowledge of advertising best practices and emerging AI-driven ad formats and personalization across digital products, including building high-fidelity prototypes with video/motion and AI-generated content.
