Job Summary

Oversee key accounting functions for Vibee event locations, including managing money requests, reviewing show settlement, and preparing event P&L and related journal entries. Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensure SOX compliance, and maintain accurate receivables/payables records. Monitor Oracle event reports, finalize shows within required timelines, and assist with special ad hoc projects as needed while reporting to Finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage money requests (wires, cash, show checks) for production and/or show settlement.
•Review show settlement after events and coordinate with the operations team involved in settlement.
•Prepare event P&L (or flash) and related journal entries; maintain G/L and flash for assigned settlements.
•Ensure accurate and timely processing of receivables, receipts, and payables, including participating in collections.
•Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including month-end journal entries, and assist with special projects as assigned.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
•3-5 years of related work experience (previous entertainment experience a plus).
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets; advanced Excel experience preferred.
•Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Project management experience.
