Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage money requests (wires, cash, show checks) for production and/or show settlement.
  • •Review show settlement after events and coordinate with the operations team involved in settlement.
  • •Prepare event P&L (or flash) and related journal entries; maintain G/L and flash for assigned settlements.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely processing of receivables, receipts, and payables, including participating in collections.
  • •Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including month-end journal entries, and assist with special projects as assigned.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • •3-5 years of related work experience (previous entertainment experience a plus).
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets; advanced Excel experience preferred.
  • •Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Project management experience.
