Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical and mission discovery with IC customers, map requirements to the Salesforce platform, and scope executable POC use cases
•Design and prototype secure, agentic solutions for IC use cases including case management and multi-domain data aggregation
•Architect and prototype Agentforce-based solutions in classified environments with grounding strategies and prompt governance
•Present architecture and business value to operators and IC leadership, communicating complex concepts clearly
•Support RFI/RFP responses with technical content, demo scenarios, and architecture documentation

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience as a Solution or Sales Engineer supporting enterprise SaaS, CRM, or mission IT—ideally with IC or national security customers
•Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform
•Practical AI fluency including LLMs, RAG/grounding, and governance for classified workloads
•Strong discovery and MVP scoping skills with the ability to define use cases and execution plans
•Current TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship requirements (at time of hire)
