Job Summary

Serve as the operational hub for the regional sales team by owning end-to-end order management and verification across DT and store channels. Manage sales data through daily/weekly/monthly statistics, performance tracking, and reporting to support target achievement and decision-making. Provide daily operational support for own stores and DT channels (including trade stock checks and rebate PO settlement) while collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations to remove execution bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end order collection and verification across DT and store channels, standardizing daily workflows and ensuring compliant order processing.
•Run daily/weekly/monthly statistics and in-depth analysis of regional sales data; deliver standardized reports and performance review decks to track targets.
•Support regional own stores and DT channel operations, including monthly trade stock checking, marketing application, rebate PO application/verification and settlement, and issue resolution.
•Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and VM to implement regional sales initiatives and close trade stock and delivery issue follow-ups.
•Support the DSM with regional target decomposition, performance data accounting, and organization/optimization of sales enablement materials and back-office support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•1–3 years’ experience in sales support, operations, or business roles in retail, FMCG, fashion, or cosmetic industries.
•Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTable.
•Good written and spoken English for daily work and reporting.
•Proactive mindset with strong ownership, able to work under pressure, plus communication and cross-team coordination skills.
