Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal advice across commercial, marketing/advertising, brand, sustainability, supply chain, property, and AI-related matters as a key contact for the business.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including wholesale agreements, brand partnership agreements, and supplier contracts.
  • •Advise on marketing and advertising regulatory compliance, influencer/talent agreements, prize promotions/consumer-facing terms, and AI use in marketing/creative content.
  • •Support on supply chain and property legal matters, including logistics/warehousing agreements and property-related issues.
  • •Identify risks and escalate legal matters as needed; manage legal support for critical projects and help prepare training for the legal team and business.

Key Requirements

  • •PQE qualified solicitor with experience in commercial legal work supporting negotiation and advising on commercial contracts.
  • •General commercial legal experience from private practice or in-house roles.
  • •Hands-on, commercially minded approach with a strong professional ethic and interest in learning a broad range of commercial, legal, and risk/reputation matters.
  • •Experience working in a fast-paced, growing, agile, adaptable in-house commercial environment.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships across stakeholders at all levels and geographies.
