Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a comprehensive understanding of distribution center systems, including automation and warehouse management systems.
  • •Identify continuous improvement projects and implement changes that improve productivity, throughput, and safety using lead methodologies.
  • •Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and propose enhancements to automated systems to improve service metrics and reliability.
  • •Collaborate with management to develop and maintain cost control systems that support budgeted cost performance.
  • •Assist with implementing labor management standards and evaluate equipment usage or new automated equipment deployments to improve operational outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
