Shipping Team Lead

Lead day-to-day finished goods yard and shipping operations to ensure safe, timely, accurate outbound shipments. Provide frontline leadership and coaching for a team of 8–15 people, coordinating trailer movement, yard staging flow, and shipment priorities. Monitor schedules, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure compliance with safety/quality/operational standards, and use required systems and documentation. Drive continuous improvement through LEAN and 5S in an outdoor yard environment.
