Job Summary

Support operational governance and execution discipline for a multi-branded Footwear & Equipment Product Development organization by maintaining accurate product development KPI reports, dashboards, and tracker data. Validate and keep operational records up to date across systems (PO, PR, milestone, ECN), document updates, follow SOPs, and proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or execution risks while coordinating with Governance & Operations and Product Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, maintain, and validate Product Development KPI reports and trackers, including updating dashboards and ensuring consistency between source systems and reporting outputs.
•Support regular reporting cycles and respond to ad-hoc data requests as required.
•Maintain operational data across Product Development systems, including PO, PR, milestone, and ECN data, keeping system records up to date.
•Ensure milestones are accurately reflected and operational updates are documented according to defined processes.
•Follow SOPs and governance standards, proactively identify data gaps or inconsistencies, and escalate risks to the Specialist or Manager for resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
•1–3 years of experience in an analyst, coordinator, or operational support role.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to PLM or ERP systems is an advantage.
•Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
•Comfort working with structured processes, systems, and reporting tools.
