Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in-person and by phone to listen for financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and assist with products such as deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations to drive sales and referrals.
  • •Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required) and/or a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • •Minimum 1 year experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
