Job Summary

Own relationships with Premier wealth clients and drive profitable growth by achieving financial targets through new and existing relationships. Conduct regular reviews to understand clients’ short- and long-term needs and recommend relevant wealth management products and services, including insurance and investment offerings. Use client relationship management data and sales activity information to enhance service delivery, monitor client satisfaction, manage operational risk, and coach the branch team to support business performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Maximize profit and grow the Premier clients portfolio while achieving agreed financial targets.
•Build and retain sustainable client relationships through regular reviews of client needs and goals.
•Use tools and information, including client relationship management data, to drive client service delivery and performance.
•Maintain deep technical knowledge of relevant products and services and recommend best-fit solutions to maximize revenues.
•Manage lending facilities within approval authority and control operational risk using internal information to minimize loss.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
•Minimum three years of proven, progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience.
•Ability to introduce insurance and investment products.
•Relationship management experience with high net worth clients.
•Strong communication, client focus, influencing skills, and sales/portfolio management orientation in wealth management.
