Key Responsibilities

  • •Drives program performance to meet and/or exceed client satisfaction and KPIs and manages high-quality client projects.
  • •Coaches project managers and team members on understanding business performance and internal KPIs; implements processes with Project Managers.
  • •Participates in project reviews of major program/project dashboards/deep dives to identify issues and improve performance; promotes faster adoption of digital tools.
  • •Develops budgets for business development portfolio management, tracking and optimizing wins and bookings, and project oversight.
  • •Acts as a point of escalation for project issues and drives timely resolution, including resourcing, technical issues, invoicing, and cash flow management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor Degree in Geology, Environmental Science Engineering, or related field AND 8 years of experience in a technical discipline with a proven track record in both project management and business development.
  • •US citizen or Permanent Resident. Sponsorship for this role at this time and in the future will not be available.
  • •Successful candidate will have to pass a background check and a motor vehicle records check.
