Key Responsibilities

•Drives program performance to meet and/or exceed client satisfaction and KPIs and manages high-quality client projects.
•Coaches project managers and team members on understanding business performance and internal KPIs; implements processes with Project Managers.
•Participates in project reviews of major program/project dashboards/deep dives to identify issues and improve performance; promotes faster adoption of digital tools.
•Develops budgets for business development portfolio management, tracking and optimizing wins and bookings, and project oversight.
•Acts as a point of escalation for project issues and drives timely resolution, including resourcing, technical issues, invoicing, and cash flow management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor Degree in Geology, Environmental Science Engineering, or related field AND 8 years of experience in a technical discipline with a proven track record in both project management and business development.
•US citizen or Permanent Resident. Sponsorship for this role at this time and in the future will not be available.
•Successful candidate will have to pass a background check and a motor vehicle records check.
