Key Responsibilities

  • •Access, construct, and manipulate large datasets to support analyses using SQL, Python, and similar tools.
  • •Design and develop BI dashboards in Sisense (or similar tools) across organizational metrics like finance, sales, and inventory.
  • •Define KPIs, drive data governance via standardization and communication, and prepare management documentation and presentations.
  • •Conduct end-to-end lifecycle analysis (requirements, activities, design), including data quality monitoring, reconciliation, and exception management.
  • •Develop and improve predictive models and analytics/reporting capabilities; research and validate entity and reference data and implement solutions/interfaces as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of analytics experience, closely working with product and commercials in an internet/e-commerce company.
  • •Experience building, implementing, and/or maintaining predictive models on very large datasets.
  • •Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • •Strong statistics knowledge and experience with statistical packages (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS).
