Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform industrial maintenance work including layout, relocation, installation, maintenance, and repair of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and identify the most efficient method to repair production lines and equipment.
  • •Assist engineers/managers with plant or department layout proposals/Kaizens and prototype equipment/manufacturing process development.
  • •Develop and implement improvements to manufacturing/front-end procedures using better layout, material handling, and work processes.
  • •Assist with MESH implementation and coordinate needed activities with HR and EHS, plus support contractors as required.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of industrial/facilities maintenance experience or related experience.
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems down to the component level.
  • •Preferred: forklift/powered industrial truck experience and CAD/CMMS experience (Solidworks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or MaintainX).
