Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for the APAC social transformation agenda across planning, management, governance, and hands-on execution within the Culture and Partnerships portfolio.
  • •Localize global campaign blueprints by integrating consumer/cultural insights and performance data into regional program development.
  • •Coordinate local briefs for alignment with global strategy, identify and scale high-impact local programs across the region.
  • •Create unified cultural activation plans across channels by integrating with Content, Media, Consumer Planning, Commercial, and Category & Brand teams and removing siloed execution.
  • •Steward agency ecosystems and regional execution, including community management, scheduling/publishing partnered and organic content, social listening, and oversight of activation and content calendars with governance and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading social media, influencer marketing, or cultural activations across multiple markets.
  • •Ability to translate brand and campaign objectives into social and creator strategies with a consumer-first, strategic mindset.
  • •Track record leading agency ecosystems and outsourced delivery models to deliver culture-focused brand work across platforms.
  • •Deep expertise in major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and talent management.
  • •Strong understanding of paid social amplification, social analytics, integrated measurement frameworks, and performance optimization.
