Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, develop, deploy, and operate AI-enabled applications, services, and agent-based solutions supporting manufacturing operations and MES ecosystems.
  • •Translate requirements into production-grade full-stack software systems, including backend services, APIs, user experiences, databases, integrations, and cloud-native components.
  • •Integrate AI applications with MES/manufacturing systems, corporate platforms, document repositories, event-driven services, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
  • •Develop agentic AI solutions using tool calling, workflow orchestration, multi-step execution, context management, and human-in-the-loop review processes.
  • •Monitor and continuously improve AI solution quality, reliability, safety, governance, observability, and operational performance; troubleshoot production incidents and perform Level 3 support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or enterprise application development.
  • •Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages including C#, Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
  • •Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and building/consuming REST APIs to integrate enterprise systems.
  • •Experience with source control, automated testing, code review, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and production issue debugging/monitoring/root-cause investigation.
