Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer purchases accurately.
  • •Greet customers, answer product inquiries, scan items, process payments, and issue receipts.
  • •Ensure pricing accuracy by applying discounts or promotions as appropriate.
  • •Count cash at the beginning and end of shifts and reconcile amounts to prevent discrepancies.
  • •Maintain a clean checkout area, restock merchandise/bag purchases as needed, resolve customer concerns, and follow cash handling/security protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience, with 2 years relevant experience.
  • •Proficiency operating cash registers and POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • •Strong mathematical aptitude to calculate prices, discounts, and change quickly and accurately.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and resolve issues professionally.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required; plus a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
