Job Summary

Partner with the EHS team to integrate safety into daily operations on second shift (3 pm–11 pm). Manage EHS projects from concept through implementation, develop and deliver safety training via the learning management system, coordinate inspections and audits, and drive sustainability initiatives such as waste diversion. Collaborate across Supply Chain, Refrigerated & Frozen, Grocery & Snacks innovation, and Engineering while producing weekly, monthly, and annual EHS metrics.

•Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement EHS programs and processes.
•Manage project resources and coordinate planning and execution to support timely implementation.

•Coordinate the Environment, Health, Safety and Security assessment program, including scheduling, reporting, and tracking findings.
•Develop and publish EHS safety training content and key metrics/reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, forms) including artificial intelligence tools.
