Drive revenue growth by partnering with SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure in the Italian market. Lead consultative, scaled sales conversations using TikTok product expertise and internal/external data to build compelling propositions. Optimize TikTok campaign performance with agencies, troubleshoot and escalate issues, and help educate and support new team members. Collaborate cross-functionally to structure and execute operational initiatives that strengthen long-term agency relationships.

•Grow revenue and lead strategic, results-focused conversations with SMB agencies in Italy using scalable sales propositions.
•Develop deep expertise in TikTok products, processes, and tools, including escalation and troubleshooting for agency issues.
•Partner with small and medium agencies to optimize TikTok campaign performance and identify programmatic improvements at scale.
•Maintain a growth mindset—learn continuously, provide solutions-oriented feedback, and thrive in uncertainty.

Key Requirements

•Experience in account management/client services roles in digital advertising with proven ability to optimize client success and revenue growth.

•Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership-type role.
•Ability to influence buy-in and build relationships while managing a client portfolio and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
