Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling, fashion expertise, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and store sales goals. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to drive repeat purchases, support inventory and visual merchandising, and maintain service and asset protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, ideally in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
