Business Development Branch Manager

Build the branch from zero by establishing the bank’s presence in the community and growing a prospect pipeline for new consumer and small-business relationships. Spend significant time outside the branch prospecting, partnering, and calling referral sources while deepening client relationships for deposits and lending. Lead and mentor the team using Agile, test-and-learn execution, and maintain accountability for operations, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
