Job Summary

Drive SAP cloud transformation engagements for HANA Enterprise Cloud and other SAP cloud/on-prem offerings, acting as the customer’s main escalation point and trusted advisor. Lead customer engagement and coordinate alignment across SAP internal stakeholders, partners, and integrators. Manage proactive delivery of service plans, handle reactive support requests, run status/governance meetings, and oversee reporting, commercial responsibilities, change requests, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Actively drive the cloud transformation agenda to ensure adoption of S/4HANA and cloud standardization.
•Lead customer engagement and ensure seamless alignment across SAP Services, ECS partners, and customer system integrators/hosting partners.
•Perform administrative tasks for managing the engagement, including staffing, reporting, and controlling.
•Manage proactive service plans and reactive support requests while hosting regular status and governance meetings.
•Drive end-to-end engagement performance including commercial responsibility, customer reporting, invoicing, and handling change requests.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management or SAP Operations.
•Minimum 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
